MOT'S AND SERVICING
As many of you will be aware by law every car after three years of age is required to have an annual MOT TEST, here at VEHICLE LIFE SUPPORT we carry out the most common type of test, the "Class 4" which covers cars and light commercials up to and including 3000kg. Unlike some garages we don't have our own set of rules or sales targets, we are guided by VOSA as to what items are a pass, fail or advisories. We are more than willing to run through the result of the MOT test be it a Pass or a Fail,,, and we wont go ahead with any repairs until we have received authorisation from YOU the customer.
In order to keep your car running in "tip top" condition and to minimise break downs we recommend a VEHICLE LIFE SUPPORT full annual service, which are far more comprehensive than the standard dealrship services and come with a detailed carbon copy of the service sheet, stamped service booklet and in its own service wallet to help keep your service history in order.
TYRES AND EXHAUST'S
We keep a large variety of tyres in stock all at very competitive prices if we don't have the tyre you need we can order them in next day a.m. delivery, and unlike the big tyre chains we don't have "knock down" prices then hike them up with fitting charges, valve and balance charges, and environment charges... The price we give you will be fully fitted, valved, balanced and disposed of, the only extra will be V.A.T, so no hidden charges to surprise you.
We only use good quality EXHAUST systems that are backed by a guarantee and are able to get them in up to 8 times day (subject to stock).
BRAKES & SUSPENSION
Brakes and Suspension are "wear and tear" parts, unfortunately they won't last forever, but when they do fail don't panic VEHICLE LIFE SUPPORT have it all in hand with 16 deliveries a day from 4 suppliers getting the parts shouldn't be a problem for a swift repair and to get you back on the road, what's more if the parts aren't available same day, 98% of parts are available for next day.
We try to minimise the time your cars off the road in order to get back to work and earning or picking up your loved ones.
